Accommodations
Enjoy a Peaceful Stay
Comfortable bohemian environment.
Single or double rooms with shared bathrooms.
Linen and towels supplied.
Meals
Food for Your Soul
Vegetarian fare from ‘BodyBuddy’.
Included are two breakfasts buffet, two lunches and two dinners. Water and fruit juices.
Snacks and tea will be available between Yoga classes.
Please note there are no shops on Högmarsö so if you need special and/or extra food we recommend you bring your own.
Yoga classes
Find your inner calm with Yoga
The classes on offer will be restorative Yin Yoga, classic Hatha Yoga, MixedBagYoga, based on Hatha with a mix of Pilates and Core and dynamic Vinyasa-Yoga. Depending on weather ‘NatureYoga’ will as the name suggest be out in nature - outdoors.

Saturday – four classes
